UKSOL Solar Modules
UKSOL have a range of solar modules to choose from that include monocrystalline, polycrystalline, bifacial (PERC) panels and half-cut cells in a number of power outputs.
All UKSOL solar modules comes with a lengthy 12 year warranty and guarantee efficiency of at least 80.6% for 30 years.
UKSOL UKS-6M30
This range of solar panels offers power outputs of 300W, 305W and 310W, achieving efficiency ratings of up to 19.1%.

Half Cell 380-400W
The Half Cell range of solar panels from UKSOL have solar cells that are cut in half which increases performance. This means that while other UKSOL solar panels ranges have 60 or 72 cells, their Half Cell solar panels have 144, cutting in half the current which means that the cells are able to produce more power.
Panels with a high power output of between 380W and 400W (the most powerful UKSOL panel) are available in this range thanks to the half-cut cell technology.

These monocrystalline solar panels are bifacial, which means they're able to absorb the sun's energy from the back as well as the front to maximise generation.

The UKS-6M30 is another range of bifacial solar panels but aren't as large in terms of their physical dimensions and weigh 4.5kg less than the UKS-6M modules.

UKS-6P
Like the UKS-6P30 range, these are polycrystalline solar panels but are larger in size and offer higher power outputs of up to 340W.
Polycrystalline panels are often available at a lower price than monocrystalline modules but, on the downside, polycrystalline has a lower tolerance for heat – not often too much of a problem in the UK though.

What are 5BB cells?
5 busbar (5BB) cells are increasing in popularity amongst solar panel manufacturers.
Busbars are the rectangular-shaped strips that you can see on either side of a solar PV cell and their job is to conduct the current that's generated by the solar panels.
3BB busbar solar cells are the most common but installing solar panels with 5BB cells means that there's less distance between the busbars which help to increase performance.
