I was very pleased with all aspects of this installation. The initial visit was informative and comprehensive with plenty of written information to peruse later. The price was not the cheapest that we received but offered a quality product with some extras. The installation itself with most of the work completed within one day; a return visit needed only to complete some electrical work which could not be done the previous day due to the short daylight hours and the additional installation of iBoost. Everything is working well and we are very happy.

TCR were one of 2 companies that provided a comprehensive and professional quote for the work at East Antrim Boat Club. Other responders fell short on this point. They were chosen not only because their price was right but in addition the choice of equipment (panels and Inverter) fitted our needs best. This was achieved by full and proper engagement with the club. The team were very reliable and the installation was carried out quickly and efficiently and their tidiness was 1st class. The only issue that did arise was around the filling in of concrete trenching, but when pointed out to TCR, they immediately corrected the in-fill.
Of particular note was the attitude and Contact-ability of the staff. They were very professional in their approach and willing to deal with any queries along with being open minded to suggestions from the club’s representatives.

Workmanship:5, attention to little things which we hadn`t considered to begin with. Value:5, would seem to be very good as weighed against other quotes and given the service we received. Professionlism:5, the advice we received and guidance we were given, particularly in relation to our solar panels but to other renewable energy questions as well seems to have been 1st class. We find it hard to imagine that any other installers would have given any better advice or provided such a good service from initial
survey to quote to install. On top of this it seems that the materials /panels /inverter(s) are top of the range all provided at a very competitive price installed by a very amicable and competent team.

Ravi from sales called out to see me as agreed. He came with literature, provided full explanations, several quotes for different options and good estimates of the potential power generation. I had invited 6 companies to quote and wouldn't rate most of them. TC Renewables and 1 other were head and shoulders above the rest in terms of knowledges and professionalism. In the end I opted for TC because of what I perceived as a track record in construction and I am completely pleased with my choice.
