  Solis 5kwp hybrid inverter with 10.65kwh storage battery this system consists of 16 400w panels split across two roof. in order for the client to get the best value we filled out a g99 to get the full 5kwp export approved. this then in turn allowed us to use a 5kwp hybrid inverter which also has a 5kw charge and dis-charge capacity. full scaffolding was required on both side with edge protection to keep our engineers safe on site. we also connected a 4 way fuse board to the ups outlet meaning this client has power in the event of a power cut from the battery. the circuits they chose were lighting, the living room and the feed to the gas boiler. this client can in a power outage have the heating on, the tv and internet etc and lighting throughout the house. the client has also set the battery to purchase off peak electricity from the grid at night when energy is cheap to help meet the winter shortfall in solar generation and keep their bills as low as possible.
