New Solar PV Battery in Manchester
Don't show up to appointments, or late, promise compensation then don't pay it. Claim everything is fine with system but cannot explain exporting with an empty battery, or importing with partially charged one!

Engineer's Response
Battery system was installed and working correctly. Customer changed settings on inverter and we had to rebook an engineer to reset. Customer kept asking for compensation which was not promised. An engineer was booked to reset the system but could not make that appointment. Customer was notified and appointment was remade. The feedback given suggest we don't turn up to appointments which is far from the truth. A second visit would not have been necessary if the customer had not changed settings which he was not qualified to do.
