Dimplex is extending its solar thermal range
Three additional products will be added to the solar thermal water range by Dimplex.
Dimplex, a world leader in energy efficient heating solutions, is launching a flat plate collector, an evacuated tube option and single branch pump station, as part of its solar thermal water range.
The new additions will provide customers with a choice of solar collectors and hyraulic packs from the brand. The extended range will also help to meed the demand for solar products which will be introduced by the approaching Renewable Heat Incentive.
Evacuated tube collectors
Have been specifically designed to give high quality performance in more challenging European climates, delivering excellent transfer of solar energy to heat, thanks to a vacuum incorporated inside the tubes to insulate against heat loss caused by cold, wet and windy weather.
This product is available in a choice of 20 or 30 tube options. The direct flow system is quick and easy to install and can be mounted horizontally, vertically, or on flat roofs and facades. Tube replacement is also straightforward and the tubes can be rotated to achieve optimal alignment.
SOL201 flat plate collector
Offers an alternative to Dimplex’s SOL220 collector. It’s a cost-effective solution, suitable for vertical or horizontal mounting of up to three panels in series, making it ideal for domestic use.
The collector can absorb a wide range of light frequencies for maximum efficiency, while a powder-coated aluminium frame provides lightweight yet robust protection.
SOLPU0 single branch pump station
The new cost effective pump station is combined with a controller in a new hydraulic pack which can be used with any of the Dimplex solar collectors.
The combination of flat plate collectors and an evacuated tube option, together with a choice of hydraulic packs containing pump station and controller, makes Dimplex solar thermal solutions a system able to meet the exact requirements for any installation.
