The contact with R&B was very good. The initial visit from an installer rather than a salesman was far better than from some of the salesmen we encountered. Handling things from their office was then much more professional and helpful than some of the firms with which we had contact.

R&B were excellent from issue of quotation through installation. The installation procedure was professional. Scaffolding erected on the Thursday, neat PV installation & scafffolding dismantled on the Friday. The installation team worked hard through some poor weather and they left me with an operational system. Highly recommended.
