All the firms contacted me, visited and quoted. All quotes were informative and very competitive.
Quality 1st were local and able to do some additional work that needed doing. The office staff were very friendly and helpful and the instalation was completed very professionly and quickly.

From start to finish, QualityFirst lived up to its name and we're very happy with the output from our system so far. The only imperfections were the payment terms and PV installer's tidiness (wires and connectors only an issue as our toddler has a habit of feeding things to her baby brother!. Staff in the office were always very helpful and QBS was the only surveyor to physically measure our roof (others using lasers or visual inspection underestimated what would fit on our roof).

!st Quaility Roofing are a member of Checkatrade,so 1st Quaility should be good. They came out all right in the end.; & after a few hiccups things got sorted.
The main proplem was the junior energy minister who brought the date forward from April to December 12 for feed in tarrif. And also more than halfed the FIT.
This caused proplems in supply and i ended up with differant spec panels than what I was first quated. This costing me ab out £800 more.
I think they did there best in the circumstances & they were fitted before 12 December. So hopefully I should get the full tariff.
All in all; despite a few teething troubles her & there It was a good job. I'd give them 4 out of 5.
