Lu explained everything in easy stages which was easy for us to understand and arranged everything which went like clockwork and caused no disruption to us at all.

Prior to finally deciding to install solar panels we obtained three quotes. Midori were successful in obtaining our business for a number of reasons:
a. They were the only company who came on site and undertook a brief survey to ascertain if there were any noticeable problems at the outset thus enabling an accurate quote to be given speedily
b. They provided enough information to facilitate our decision making
c. They discussed our risk analysis fully
d. Their quotation was competitive
The company kept us fully informed of delivery and installation dates and during installation worked efficiently, tidily, and in a timely manner. Lu Grundhofer was excellent in all our dealings with the company engendering a feeling of trust in the services provided. He explained all the systems to our satisfaction and helped us complete the documentation needed for our energy supplier. He was instrumental in providing all the back-up information we required. We are extremely pleased at the result and will have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
