Go-Green Energy is a solar panel (supply and installation) company accredited according to the UK government’s Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) in partnership with CORGI. This means that our customers are guaranteed to be served by accredited professionals who use only MCS approved components therefore ensuring that our customers will benefit from the UK government-backed Feed-in-Tariff.

We subscribe to the Renewable Energy Assurance Limited (REAL) Consumer Code. The Code sets out the high standards of service that consumers can expect from a reliable company. It covers providing estimates and quotations, seeking permission and approval and agreeing the contract. It also covers providing guarantees, safeguarding deposits, providing after-sales service and resolving problems that may occur.

We are accredited members of FairTrades and TrustMark which is a government-backed initiative supported by trade associations within the construction industry and consumer protection organisations; it exists to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to carry out repairs and improvements to their homes.

Go-Green Energy has been awarded the TrustMark accolade after demonstrating that we meet the strict code of conduct following site inspections by the British Board of Agrément (BBA)

We source very high quality MCS approved market leading PV components to ensure that we provide a bespoke system to fit the customer’s needs and suitability.

As a TrustMark requirement to offer our customers peace of mind, all deposits and work in progress are protected by an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) from day 1 for 90 days up to £10000 at no additional cost.

Our micro-generation systems, labour and workmanship are guaranteed for ten (10) years and backed by HomePro Insurance to provide added security to our customers. However, this guarantee is the absolute minimum lifetime that you should expect from your system. Most systems will last well beyond forty (40) years.

Our installation teams are well qualified and offer a professional service whilst at all times being courteous and respectful to the homeowner.
