As one of the first companies to gain MCS accreditation we now install systems on behalf of many other solar companies, however when you deal us direct you benefit from knowing that we have the depth of experience and we are the installer. We are Part P, Gas Safe and HETAS registered.
Our installation staff are all extensively trained and supported by our office and warehouse located in Altham, near Accrington.

New Solar PV Installation in Orpington

Administration was a big problem. No accurate roof measurements were taken on site and the panel layout was calculated based on photos and Googe Earth. When the fitters arrived they discovered that the layout did not fit on the roof! This wasted hours of their/my time sorting out a new layout which ended up less than I had originally signed up to. The fitters were brilliant and ended up fitting the panels in the dark because of the delay!! I had to change the inverter as well because I had been assured the shade from my chimney would not affect the panels and this was clearly untrue. I had to wait a week for the inverter to be delivered and fitted. No remote monitor was supplied, despite being on the quotes and when one was supplied, it didn't work so I had to wait for another one. All in all, an administrative nightmare but the quality of the installation appears to be good and the fitters were excellent.

All the work was completed efficiently by polite and considerate installers who cleared up really well (there was no mess to speak of) when finished. The scaffolding was done without disruption, especially as the house is mid terrace with no back access, so everything had to come through the house and out of a small kitchen window, as did the ladder of the panel installers(Bren and John - would highly recommend)- I was impressed!David who did the quote and Catherine who did all the paperwork were both excellent - there was no pressure selling and they have all played their part in installing a product that I bought as the result of a casual enquiry. It was lovely and sunny for several days after completion, so I was able to see how well it all worked.

The surveyor was very helpful. The scaffolding was erected and removed promptly. The three pV workmen were very efficient and friendly. There was abit of confusion on our part, since we were unaware that we had agreed to have an advertising sign put up, this had not been explained to us and we are still unable to find any mention of it in any agreement we have signed. Other than that we are very pleased with our installation.
