CJ Solar is a division of CJ Electrical (Ipswich) Ltd based at Ransomes Europark in Ipswich and have been trading since 1988. With over 60 employees the company offers comprehensive electrical contracting service to its range of customers.
The solar division was set up to ensure the company could offer the very best advice and service within the increasingly growing Renewable Energy market. The division offers a service which is project specific for each of its customer's requirements, site design, installation and advice.
We are accredited (Number NIC 1294) members of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) which is an independent scheme that certifies microgeneration products and installers in accordance with consistent standards providing greater protection for consumers.
INSTALLATION WARRANTY
At CJ Solar we believe in protecting our customer's investment, with this in mind we guarantee all installation with a compressive 10 year Parts and Labour Guarantee, which is backed up by an Independent Warranty Insurance supplied by iwa.biz.
Any defect affecting the functionality of the Solar Photovoltaic System which becomes apparent within 10 years of its installation will be corrected by free repair or replacement.

CJ Solar are an approved Schuco distributor which ensures we supply & install only the very best materials and technology available.
We know when we install a s Schuco PV solar system for our customers we will have provided product of the highest possible quality and a service second to none.

The representative was professional, knowledgeable and approachable at all times. His first meeting provided us with all the information we needed relating to the technical and working elements of installing solar panels. He viewed inside and out of property and suggested sitings for the panels and main box.
His after care was excellent, being attentive and always at hand no matter what the situation or question. His confidence in his employer's capabilities and sustainability moved us toward accepting their offer.
All the trades persons that followed were commendable, being polite and considerate while working professionally.
Our only negative view was that of the follow up from the 'office' side which we felt was perhaps a little slower than expected.

We were contacted very quickly, they came out and talked us through why we should consider PV. The salesman was professional and promptly supplied an official written quote. Once we had accepted the terms a surveyor was sent out. We had a small change to the quote and a new price was confirmed. Within the following 2 weeks the system was installed. Would recomend.

He and other staff members made every effort to ensure that the work was completed before the deadline of 11 Dec. The men who did the work were extremely efficient and always most polite.
